Annual Home Owner's Meeting June 22nd

Dear Members,

It's that time of year again! Mark your calendars as our annual HOA meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m., June 22nd at the Coppell Library. New officers and committes will be elected as well as old and new business will be discussed.

Topics for discussion will be:
Annual Block Party or neighborhood get together to be held this year in the Fall
Bringing our HOA by-laws up to date! These have not been changed since the inception of the HOA.
Expense Review
Time for Q & A

You should have received your invoice for the HOA annual dues by now. If not, please contact Mark Henry, our HOA Treasurer at 972.745.2134.

We hope everyone will make an effort to attend the meeting. We would like to have a great turn out. Take this opportunity to meet or catch up with your neighbors!
